If you cannot meet deadlines, complete task requirements, or perform other job expectations without cutting corners, you need to talk to your supervisor about the issues. Ask for a specific meeting time and prepare for it in advance.
Your MSTA field service coordinator can help you analyze the issues you are facing and prepare for a meeting. It is always useful to outline the most important issues, provide proposed solutions, if possible, and be open to suggestions from your supervisor. Take notes at the meeting and follow through by undertaking the agreed upon resolution or by further consultation with MSTA.
