2008 MSTA STATE CONVENTION

General session speaker Bob Ash
Bob Ash has provided training to over 750 organizations and businesses, reaching more than 230,000 people. Before starting his business, Life Lessons, Bob served in several different positions in education. He was a janitor, teacher, principal and superintendent of schools. He also played a few years of professional baseball.
Bob challenges audience members to look at their own behaviors to see if any need adjusting, and he provides a learning experience that is both enjoyable and memorable.

Earning college credit for attending
College credit will be available for $60 from Lindenwood University. College-credit applicants must attend the Friday general session and three breakout sessions. They must implement three instructional activities presented at the conference in their classrooms and write conference action plans on each activity. Conference action plans must be mailed in the envelope provided by Dec. 5, 2008. A representative will be available for registration and to answer questions. MSTA reserves the right to refuse admittance to this conference to any individual or group. Participants with special requirements under the ADA should contact MSTA at least five days prior to the event.
